I am 76 years old and have led a very physically active life.Over the last few years my left leg became more tired and ached lot until about a year ago I had a period of several weeks where my thigh muscles cramped quite severely with almost any movement. As that settled I slowly started to come to terms with not beIng able to do as much, including my daily 20 mins of yoga that I had done for several years.

Then about 2 months ago I was introduced to Sam and Movesome, I have worked with him twice a week since then and everything has turned around. My body is becoming stronger, gradually muscles I haven’t used as much are developing and allowing the over worked ones some ease. My body aches but in a good way as it grows stronger, and I now have a 20 minute practice again with the exercises Sam is teaching me. Sam has also helped me to reframe my thinking, not to follow fear thinking and to be more connected with my body and be able to trust both it and my working with it.

Thank you so much Sam for your wisdom and ability to observe and work with me, and for helping me create more aliveness and joy in my life.

I have a belief that our older years can be a rewarding fulfilling time and you have helped me move much more into that.
